It's 10h45 and we're at Algoplus, a seaweed factory in Roscoff. The Brittany coastline has the largest concentration of seaweed in Europe. We are learning all about how seaweed is processed into food,cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. We're also sampling some of the seaweed.
