Bonjour! It's 8h30 on Monday morning and we've all met up again at the school. We're just about to listen to a welcome speech from Monsieur Lavarec who is the Headteacher. We are in the same room as the German exchange students so the Head is speaking in French, Jonathan is translating into English, and a German teacher is translating into German. All at the same time! At 9h20 we're departing on coaches for Lilia where we'll be taking a boat to visit a lighthouse - phare de l'Ile Vierge.
It's 18h30 and we've arrived back at school after a fun day at the theme park in the rain! The blog will continue on Monday morning when we all meet up at school for a formal welcome from the Headteacher.
It's 11h45 and after a wonderful petit déjeuner served by our exchange school we have now just arrived at the theme park - Les Trois Curés à Milizac. We have two coaches- one with the English and one with the French. We are all now pairing up with our exchange partners before heading off to enjoy the day in the theme park despite the weather-it's currently 15C but raining! We will be arriving back at school at 18h00 today.
